Role Summary

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. The role covers the complete sales journey, including prospecting, lead qualification, deal closure, and customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Run the sales process end to end, from finding prospects and assessing lead quality to closing agreements and onboarding new users.
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and clearly present platform capabilities in a way that matches the needs of entrepreneurs and social sellers.
  • Handle incoming enquiries, follow up consistently with leads, and keep the sales funnel up to date using CRM software.
  • Work closely with support and product teams to share customer feedback, refine sales messaging, and support a smooth handoff after the sale.
  • Prepare and share sales training resources for partners or internal colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down technical ideas into easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong customer service mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships while managing objections professionally.
  • Hands-on sales experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing in a B2B or SaaS setting.
  • Background in sales or pipeline management, including forecasting, CRM usage, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to conduct product walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, or basic sales enablement training.
  • Familiarity with social commerce, e-commerce, or digital platforms; prior experience selling software or technology products is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working remotely with good self-management, time discipline, and personal accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related practical experience is preferred.
