Position Overview

We are currently recruiting Sales Specialists for our Heavy Equipment division in Harare, Zimbabwe. This role presents a valuable opportunity for individuals aiming to develop their careers in technical sales by representing globally recognized agriculture, construction, and mining machinery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals along with pipeline development and collections targets.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads across our product ranges.
• Engage potential clients through calls and visits to promote company machinery and services.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Keep CRM records up to date with all sales activities.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market conditions to assess customer needs accurately.
• Compile and send weekly sales reports to the line manager.
• Participate in trade exhibitions and industry-related events to enhance product visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: Matriculation/Grade 12; tertiary education is advantageous.
• At least 2 years' sales experience within Heavy Equipment sectors, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, concrete equipment, excavators, or dump trucks.
• Strong technical understanding of machinery specifications and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with construction or heavy machinery industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle, a laptop, and a cellphone is mandatory.
