Sales Representative

Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will support various sales activities within the shop environment, ensuring a high level of customer service and product availability. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining thorough knowledge of products and services, and managing the cleanliness and functionality of the shop premises and equipment. The role also involves monitoring inventory, replenishing sold products promptly, and adhering to company policies regarding security and record-keeping. Candidates will also manage client relationships through follow-up communications and handle customer complaints effectively to uphold customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Support sales operations inside the shop.
• Stay informed about client needs and shopping preferences.
• Maintain current knowledge on all products and services offered.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of both the shop's interior and exterior areas.
• Regularly check that all shop equipment operates correctly and report any malfunctions.
• Keep shop shelves stocked by timely replenishing sold-out items.
• Comply with company standards on safeguarding funds, property, security, and record-keeping.
• Report issues or concerns promptly as they arise.
• Conduct frequent inventories to track stock levels.
• Stay updated on current sales trends and effective sales methods.
• Promote and sell products to both existing customers and potential buyers.
• Maintain up-to-date contact lists and foster ongoing relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or queries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of Senior High School (SHS) or Diploma.
• Two to three years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Proficiency in English language communication.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
