Role overview

This opportunity is for a Sales Recruiter in the United States, supporting a partner company that handles the application and hiring process. The role is central to a fast-scaling sales organization, where hiring strong performers directly influences revenue growth. You will act as both a recruiter and a strategic hiring advisor, combining sourcing creativity, sales awareness, and disciplined execution to attract and close exceptional sales talent.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the complete hiring process for sales positions, from finding candidates and reaching out to them through to offer negotiation and successful closure.
  • Work side by side with sales leaders such as Regional Managers, VPs, and executive stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and guide talent decisions.
  • Create and run inventive sourcing approaches to build robust pipelines of high-quality sales professionals across the US.
  • Confidently position opportunities to strong candidates and persuade top performers to join the organization.
  • Handle several active searches at once while staying organized, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining precision in a fast-moving environment.
  • Help deliver a smooth, positive candidate journey during interviews and selection in coordination with hiring teams.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, review performance data, and improve hiring methods based on results.

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and close very strong sales candidates, including top-tier performers.
  • Strong sourcing ability with a creative and resourceful approach to building talent pipelines.
  • A sales-driven mindset with convincing communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with senior business leaders.
  • Comfort working with urgency, flexibility, and a strong focus on both candidate and client experience.

Compensation and benefits

The role includes a competitive pay structure made up of base salary and performance-linked incentives. The stated salary range is USD 79,875 to USD 177,700, depending on experience and performance expectations. The position also offers the chance to work closely with senior sales leadership and executive stakeholders, along with exposure to a high-impact recruiting function tied directly to business growth.
