Role Overview
We are searching for dynamic and driven Sales Promoters to join Gabit's Ring Crew in Bengaluru. The role focuses on representing Gabit's premium smart rings at retail locations, gyms, and exclusive events, enabling customers to discover the benefits of advanced wearable health technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Gabit's Smart Rings to visitors and potential customers.
- Engage with individuals by understanding their wellness goals and recommending appropriate products.
- Build a community by initiating conversations about fitness, sleep, nutrition, and mental health.
- Continuously develop skills in premium retail sales and gain deeper understanding of health technology.
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to approach and attract strangers confidently.
- Energetic and possessing a proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward work.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and emerging gadget technologies.
- Creative problem solver who exercises patience when assisting customers.
- Preferred experience includes retail sales or customer-facing roles in sectors such as consumer electronics, mobile phones, wearables, gadgets, telecom, or lifestyle retail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹32,000.
