Sales Promoter

About the Role

We are actively seeking motivated Sales Promoters for in-shop positions located in Calicut and Vatakara, Kerala. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive monthly salary with incentives, totaling up to a CTC of 21,000 INR.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with walk-in customers to market ISP (Internet Service Provider) offerings.
• Clearly communicate details about plans, pricing, available promotions, and advantages to potential customers.
• Convert incoming customer queries and leads into confirmed sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain thorough records of customers and ensure sales documentation is accurately completed.
• Collaborate effectively with installation and support teams to facilitate new service connections.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture positive customer relationships.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least six months of experience specifically in counter sales or selling directly to customers is a prerequisite.
• Excellent verbal communication and adeptness in handling customers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales capabilities.
• A target-driven approach combined with self-motivation.

Compensation and Additional Information

The salary range offered is between 15,000 and 17,000 INR monthly, with additional performance-based incentives. This role is based on a full-time employment basis in the specified locations in South India.
