Sales Operations Officer

Role overview

Scoot is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Operations Officer to join its Sales Operations function in Singapore’s East Region. In this role, you will support trade-related sales activities and help improve the overall experience for trade partners. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Scoot Commercial, as well as external trade partners, to keep sales processes running smoothly and in line with company policies.

What you will do

• Support the Sales Operations team with trade-related sales work and help strengthen the experience of trade partners.
• Use and improve internal tools to cut down on manual work and increase operational efficiency.
• Assist team leaders in refining standard handling processes so they remain aligned with Scoot’s policies and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively with trade partners to raise awareness, keep them engaged, and maintain long-term loyalty.

What we are looking for

• A General Diploma, with sales or commercial experience in aviation preferred but not mandatory.
• A genuine interest in learning and growing within the role.
• The ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-moving environment, especially during high-pressure or crisis situations.
• Comfort working with uncertainty and incomplete information.
• A proactive self-starter who works well with others and communicates clearly.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills that are clear, concise, and effective.
