Summary
This role sits within the Finance team and focuses on making sure payroll is processed accurately and on time. The position also calls for careful handling of compliance obligations and disciplined maintenance of employee data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run payroll-related activities with an emphasis on correctness, punctual delivery, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage government-funded leave administration, handle invoice processing, support employee expense claims, and oversee virtual credit card arrangements.
- Maintain compliance with statutory rules and company policies while contributing to audit preparedness and efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- A degree in a finance-related field is preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, statutory leave rules, and financial compliance expectations.
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday and government systems such as GPL and the NS portal.
- Strong attention to detail, solid organizational ability, and the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
