A well-established employer in South Bend, Indiana is hiring a Payroll Specialist to handle weekly and biweekly payroll for a varied employee base. The position calls for high accuracy, discretion, and a strong service mindset.
Role Responsibilities
- Run payroll cycles for both hourly and salaried staff.
- Check and confirm time records, overtime, PTO, and shift premium payments.
- Keep employee payroll files and tax-related documents up to date.
- Support adherence to applicable state and federal payroll rules.
- Answer employee questions related to payroll.
- Help with annual W-2 preparation, audits, and payroll reporting.

Requirements

Compensation
