Role overview
We are hiring a Sales Operations Executive for Singapore, supporting the LWT APAC business. This role sits within the Sales department and reports to the Leader, PCS Singapore, LWT APAC. The position is based at the Lixil Experience Center Showroom office in Singapore and is a full-time employee assignment.
The main purpose of this role is to keep sales operations running smoothly by providing strong administrative support, maintaining clean and accurate CRM data, streamlining the lead-to-order process, and coordinating closely with sales, logistics, and after-sales teams.
Key responsibilities
You will handle the daily operational and administrative needs of the sales team, making sure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
- Arrange daily order deliveries and coordinate logistics for events and sample requests.
- Assist with quotation creation and project proposal preparation.
- Prepare and process commission payments for GDC partners every two weeks.
CRM, reporting, and data management
- Keep lead, opportunity, and account information updated in Salesforce on time and with accuracy.
- Monitor quotation progress and ensure CRM entries remain well-organized and current.
- Use order information reports to update the sales team on stock position and lead times.
- Compile weekly summaries on lead status, quotation tracking, and pipeline updates for management.
- Maintain a structured digital archive for quotations, project contracts, and CRM documents.
Coordination with internal teams
- Serve as the main communication link between the sales team and internal departments.
- Work with the Order Management Team to monitor order progress and delivery timelines, and share live updates with sales.
- Coordinate with the After-Sales team to track customer inquiries and help ensure quick resolution of post-purchase requests.
Job requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or administrative support.
- Background in building materials, retail, or interior design is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to B2B sales support or showroom/retail project environments will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and quotation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
- Collaborative, service-focused, and able to work well in a team.
Working relationship and stakeholders
This role partners closely with local teams and cross-functional teams across the APAC region, as well as external partners and customers in the Building and Construction industry where required.
