Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand Modern Trade accounts within the designated territory.
• Consistently meet monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
• Maintain product availability, visibility, and merchandising in Modern Trade outlets.
• Forge and maintain robust relationships with store managers, category managers, and key stakeholders.
• Implement promotional activities and in-store campaigns to boost sales.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory timely, and reduce stock-outs.
• Keep track of competitors' pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Generate sales reports, provide market feedback, and analyze performance metrics.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the FMCG sector, especially in Modern Trade.
• Maximum age limit: 30 years.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories including Chennai, Tiruvallur, Trichy, and Coimbatore.
• In-depth understanding of Modern Trade operations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Experience managing key Modern Trade accounts and retail chains.
• Capability to execute trade promotions and merchandising effectively.
