About the Role

Join Annapurna Spices as a Sales Officer focusing on FMCG product sales in the Rajpura region of Punjab. This role involves managing and growing product sales within the designated territory, fostering strong relationships with retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors, and ensuring broad market coverage and visibility of the products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for FMCG products within the assigned territory.
• Build and sustain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance sales.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Expand the customer base and improve overall market penetration.
• Ensure orders are booked promptly and payments are collected on time.
• Keep abreast of competitor strategies and marketplace trends.
• Guarantee proper product availability and presence in the retail market.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years' experience in FMCG sales.
• Proficient communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep familiarity with the local market; preference given to knowledge of the Punjab region.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory as needed.
• A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
