Sales Officer – Banking Products (Fresher) in Chennai

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers for the role of Sales Officer focused on banking products in Chennai. This is a full-time position offering a fixed monthly salary with additional incentives and benefits. The recruitment interview will be held on Saturday in T.Nagar, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell various banking products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Insurance policies.
• Identify potential customers by conducting field visits and leveraging referral networks.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Clearly explain product features and assist customers through the documentation and onboarding process.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with branch teams to facilitate seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on sales and activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales and interacting with customers.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territories in Chennai.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
