Sales & Marketing Trainee

Overview

This role is designed for a marketing executive tasked with driving customer acquisition and retention efforts at Saiex Flameproof Equipments Private Limited in Vadodara, Gujarat. The position demands proactive engagement in market research, client communication, and organizational coordination to boost sales and maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential new customers to expand the client base.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and internal departments to support seamless operations.
• Compile comprehensive reports detailing marketing activities, including inquiry sheets, follow-up sheets, and job cards.
• Research and analyze product presence and competitive offerings within the market.
• Conduct follow-ups aimed at generating orders and negotiating favorable pricing.
• Utilize proficiency in the local language to facilitate communications and negotiations.

Educational Requirements and Skills

• A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a marketing executive or in a comparable marketing role.
• Strong familiarity with market research methodologies and data interpretation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with effective time management capabilities.

Salary Details

The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration in the range of INR 12000 to 15000.
