Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Kaolin to join our Jaipur team. This position demands driving sales expansion, uncovering new business prospects, and nurturing enduring client partnerships within the natural minerals domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for kaolin products.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients and distributors.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Perform market research and monitor evolving industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver regular sales updates and insights from the market.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven background in sales, business development, and client management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Understanding of kaolin/china clay products or aptitude to quickly learn technical details.
• Competent in market research and analytical evaluation.
• Goal-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, or export sectors is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Readiness to undertake travel as necessary.
