Position Overview

The company is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of Power Solutions products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales efforts for DG sets, EV chargers, and related power solution services across the entire state of Madhya Pradesh.
• Create and implement marketing strategies aimed at expanding dealership presence.
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients in industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets.
• Deliver consistent after-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the power solutions or energy industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities combined with excellent client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance outcomes.
• Familiarity with Madhya Pradesh market trends is beneficial.
