Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This position involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining laboratory diagnostic analyzers on a preventive basis. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and offering technical assistance for hematology, biochemistry, and various in vitro diagnostic (IVD) analyzers. They will conduct training sessions for customers on how to operate and troubleshoot instruments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of laboratory analyzers along with ongoing preventive maintenance.
• Providing technical support and demonstrations for hematology, biochemistry, and assorted IVD analyzers.
• Conducting training programs for customers on instrument handling and troubleshooting techniques.
• Marketing and promoting diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and related consumables.
• Identifying and developing new business avenues within laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Meeting monthly sales and service targets set by the organization.
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure prompt and effective service support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Preparing and submitting accurate service reports, visit summaries, and sales updates regularly.
• Establishing and nurturing durable relationships with customers and channel partners to sustain business growth.
• Travelling as necessary within designated territories to support business operations.
