Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This position supports the Marketing and Sales department in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer communications, preparing quotes, coordinating order execution, and delivering excellent customer service. A key focus is on fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure alignment between their expectations and the company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate internally with Plant Head, Production Managers (Machining and Plating & Finishing), QC Engineer, Procurement, Finance & Accounts, and HR & Admin departments.
• Engage with external stakeholders including current and potential customers, vendors, industry partners, and logistics providers.
• Support business development through identifying prospects, qualifying leads, assisting with campaigns, conducting market research, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, handle inquiries promptly, arrange meetings, and keep detailed customer records.
• Manage the quotation process by reviewing RFQs, coordinating costing, preparing proposals, ensuring timely submissions, and following up for conversions.
• Oversee order management by verifying requirements, liaising with production teams, monitoring order progress, and updating customers on status.
• Track monthly sales targets, prepare reports, maintain CRM data, and support departmental goals.
• Assist in collections by following up payments, coordinating with Finance on receivables, resolving invoice issues, and supporting cash flow management.
• Coordinate customer complaint handling by documenting issues, collaborating with Quality and Operations for investigation, monitoring resolution, and communicating corrective actions promptly.

Additional Information

Salary range offered is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month. This role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is an onsite full-time position.
