Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive role involves driving new customer inquiries through a variety of outreach methods including field visits, phone communication, emails, and online channels. The focus is to discover new business avenues in sectors that utilize overhead traveling (EOT) cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, hoists, and associated machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential leads in relevant industries requiring crane and hoist equipment.
• Engage directly with customers to comprehend their needs and conduct initial meetings to assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
• Conduct negotiations concerning pricing, delivery timelines, and payment arrangements.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into confirmed purchase orders.
• Strive to meet or exceed established monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Foster and nurture strong ongoing relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal production, purchasing, accounting, and service departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Ensure prompt collection of payments by maintaining close contact with customers and accounts team.
• Keep an updated customer database and generate regular sales reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings as necessary to promote company offerings.
• Address and resolve customer complaints by working closely with the service department.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and stay informed on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Additional Information

Salary for this position ranges between 18,000 to 55,000 INR per month, reflecting performance and experience levels.
