Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective and current customers via calls.
• Provide clear explanations of the company’s products and services.
• Generate and pursue sales leads.
• Create quotations and keep detailed customer records up to date.
• Use Microsoft Excel to log daily call and sales activities.
• Communicate product information, quotations, and follow-ups through email and WhatsApp.
• Liaise with sales and dispatch departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional interaction and communication with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Effective communication abilities including telecalling proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Excel, Word, and email usage.
• Competence in managing customer data and generating reports.
• Good command of Hindi and basic English communication skills.
• Confident, courteous, and motivated by targets.
• Education qualification minimum 12th pass or graduation.
• Open to freshers; prior experience in telesales, customer interaction, office support, or sales coordination is advantageous.
