Job Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves recruiting and leading a team of advisers, driving business growth through their efforts, and providing continuous training and motivation to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new advisers to expand the business network.
- Drive business growth by leveraging the advisers' outreach.
- Lead and supervise a team of advisers to ensure performance targets are met.
- Inspire and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Offer ongoing training and support to improve advisers' skills and effectiveness.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics.
