Overview
Easehire.Com is seeking a diligent and energetic female Sales & Marketing Executive with additional administrative duties to bolster our team in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in basic office software to manage both sales and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Primary Duties
- Assist in coordinating sales efforts and maintaining customer engagement through follow-ups.
- Manage daily administrative functions and oversee office documentation.
- Create and update records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Liaise professionally with clients and internal departments.
- Support various marketing initiatives as delegated.
- Ensure smooth operation of office processes and proper maintenance of documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and professional demeanor.
- Fundamental knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to balance administrative tasks alongside sales coordination duties.
Experience Requirements
