Sales & Marketing Executive

Overview

New Era Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad to expand their healthcare referral network through medical outreach and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily field visits to 10–15 clinics or doctors to build and nurture professional partnerships, increasing referral volume.
• Identify and secure 3–5 new doctor or clinic collaborations weekly to broaden the referral base.
• Lead health package promotional campaigns in promising residential areas such as apartments and gated communities.
• Organize and manage 10 health camps each month, ensuring smooth operations, active patient involvement, and converting attendees into sustained clients.
• Achieve consistent business growth by generating an additional ₹100,000 to ₹150,000 in monthly billings through effective promotion and service conversions.
• Maintain detailed records of daily field activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue progress in alignment with company targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, ideally within healthcare or service-related sectors, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently connect with healthcare professionals and community members.
• Strong organizational capabilities to balance multiple tasks such as field visits, event logistics, and lead management.
• Self-motivated with resilience to overcome field challenges and consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Good understanding of the local medical environment and residential demographics is highly advantageous.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines.
