Role overview
Maar-Wizz Garments & Boutique Store is hiring a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support its apparel business and online fashion brand. This role focuses on growing revenue across retail, online, and direct customer channels, strengthening client relationships, and expanding brand presence in the market.
What you will do
- Present and sell Maar-Wizz clothing products to shoppers, retail partners, and business buyers.
- Build new business opportunities through field visits, social media outreach, WhatsApp, referrals, and local market networks.
- Visit shops, boutiques, institutions, and bulk purchase prospects to showcase the product range.
- Assist with online selling through the Maarwizz Shopify store and customer conversations on social platforms.
- Maintain strong connections with customers and encourage repeat orders.
- Take orders, track payment follow-ups, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
- Work toward monthly sales goals.
- Share customer responses, market changes, and competitor updates with management.
- Support campaigns, new product introductions, promotional offers, and other marketing activities.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to sales, marketing, retail, apparel, or fashion work is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities are important.
- Working knowledge of social media, WhatsApp-based selling, and handling online customer queries is needed.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients when necessary.
- A self-driven, organized, and target-focused approach is expected.
Compensation
Monthly pay ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 35,000.
