A technology solutions and services provider in Doha is seeking a driven Sales Manager to accelerate revenue and expand its market presence. The position is centered on winning new business, developing enduring client partnerships, and shaping the company’s reputation as a dependable technology partner for major events and organizations. Success in this role means connecting client needs with innovative digital offerings and contributing to long-term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement sales plans that support the company’s wider vision and commercial goals.
- Spot and pursue fresh opportunities and market segments for IT solutions, especially within sports and entertainment.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the main contact for client interactions and ensure a high-quality experience throughout engagements.
- Increase revenue through active prospecting, lead generation, and closing business effectively.
- Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to prospective customers.
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and new technologies to keep sales approaches relevant.
- Share market intelligence and strategic advice with senior leadership to support positioning decisions.
- Coordinate with technical teams so proposed solutions accurately match client needs.
- Work alongside marketing teams on campaigns and sales support materials.
- Deliver on assigned sales goals and KPIs.
- Produce regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional credentials in sales management or IT solutions, such as Certified Sales Professional, ITIL, or similar, will be considered an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as sales analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of IT solution architecture, SaaS-based delivery models, and system integration principles.
- Capability to convert technical capabilities into clear business-oriented value propositions.
- Strong ability to build proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver impactful presentations.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaboration software.
