Job Summary
The role is for a Sales Manager within the Infrastructure Division based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position offers a salary range of 600000 to 800000 INR per annum, with excellent incentives and opportunities for growth. Immediate joining or minimal notice period is requested due to urgency. This role is primarily targeted toward male candidates residing in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Proactively accelerate business growth by identifying new sales opportunities across infrastructure, railways, metro, and industrial sectors in Karnataka.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with government bodies, tier-1 contractors, consultants, and architects.
- Monitor upcoming infrastructure projects, analyze tender requirements, and lead convincing technical and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet revenue targets, forecast trends, gather competitive intelligence, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Collaborate smoothly with internal teams to guarantee flawless project delivery and achieve customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Must possess 8 to 10 years of solid sales and business development experience in construction, government projects, railways, infrastructure, or capital goods sectors.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) with preference for MBA in Marketing; Non-engineers with MBA Marketing and outstanding experience in engineering or infrastructure industry are also eligible.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi to engage effectively in both boardroom presentations and on-site discussions.
- Currently based in Bengaluru with a thorough understanding of local market and project stakeholders.
