About the Role

Cyberdrone is looking for a Sales Manager to help establish and grow its presence across Europe. This is a remote position for someone based in Europe who will act as the company’s main point of contact in the region. The role involves developing client relationships, winning new projects, and making sure regional drone show rules and approval requirements are understood and followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue by bringing in new business opportunities throughout Europe.
  • Serve as the main regional contact for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify promising opportunities such as major events, festivals, public-sector projects, and corporate assignments.
  • Create proposals and sales pitches that are aligned with each client’s needs.
  • Stay informed about European drone show regulations and ensure all work complies with them.
  • Work closely with the international team and provide updates to the Director of Sales in Dubai.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client-facing meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales background, preferably in drone shows, live entertainment, or events.
  • Solid understanding of drone show rules and approval procedures in Europe.
  • Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines and closing deals with prominent clients.
  • Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing work remotely.
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
