Sales Manager - Compressor and Turbine Equipment

Position Overview

This role entails leading sales and distribution efforts of gas compression and power generation machinery, such as natural gas compressors, gas turbine generator sets, process gas compressor systems, gas treatment products, and associated equipment. The main focus lies in meeting sales targets through market penetration initiatives, developing sales strategies, and closing deals effectively. The position demands analysis of industry market data, competitors, and sales trends to pinpoint business prospects and evolving customer needs while tracking customer preferences and market developments to bolster sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating robust relationships with client contacts and implementing comprehensive business strategies.
• Continuously monitor industry market trends and adjust approaches accordingly.
• Manage sales activities including volume and profit margin evaluations, supporting tender submissions, addressing customer operational concerns, and overseeing pricing integrity to enhance perceived customer value.
• Maintain and strengthen ties with clients who influence potential sales opportunities and manage challenges within existing accounts.
• Carry out market research and prepare competitor analysis reports to facilitate informed management decisions.
• Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards while ensuring team compliance.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of two years' sales experience within the oil and gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia's oil and gas industry; prior relevant experience highly favored.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, market operations, and business models specific to Saudi Arabia's oil and gas market.
• Established network and connections with Saudi National Oil Companies and Oil Service Companies.
• Work Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
