Role Summary
This position involves recruitment of advisors and driving sales in life insurance products through the channel agency model. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products tailored to customer requirements and meeting monthly business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit insurance advisors to build a strong sales team.
- Sell life insurance products aligned with clients' needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly business targets.
- Engage in face-to-face interviews with candidates, ensuring prompt selection on the same day.
