Role Overview
To enhance its presence in Asia, one of the fastest-growing beer markets globally, Hopsteiner is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for the Asian region focusing primarily on South and Southeast Asia. This permanent position is remote-based with international travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Hit sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in specific Asian markets and with key clients.
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies, actively identify sales opportunities, and integrate them seamlessly into the broader plan.
- Acquire new clients while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships and partnerships both locally and internationally.
- Conduct market surveillance and competitive analysis to develop precise sales initiatives.
- Participate in regional trade shows and events to showcase company products and services.
- Organize and manage clients, contacts, and sales leads efficiently using the HubSpot CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of business-to-business sales experience within the brewing or beverage industries or their supply chains; familiarity with brewing technology is an added advantage.
- Possess a college degree in brewing, beverage technology, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written at the business level; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Experience working in Asian markets or collaborating with international businesses is preferable.
- Willingness for frequent travel across the region, sometimes over extended periods.
- Exhibit strong independence, results-driven work habits, and cultural sensitivity.
