Job description
Role Overview
This position calls for an accomplished Sales Lead to shape sales direction, expand revenue, win new customers, and improve commercial outcomes across Qatar.
The role is centered on leading sales efforts in data centers, ICT, telecom infrastructure, cloud, AI, managed services, and digital transformation offerings, while also building high-value customer partnerships and contributing to overall business expansion.
Primary Focus Areas
- Setting sales direction and accelerating revenue growth
- Acquiring enterprise customers and managing strategic accounts
- Overseeing pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and commercial results
- Managing tender submissions, reviewing proposals, and handling commercial negotiations
- Tracking market trends and strengthening competitive positioning
- Guiding and directing the sales team
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar discipline
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- At least 5 years spent in a senior sales management capacity
- Prior exposure to ICT, telecom, data centers, cloud, digital infrastructure, or technology-driven solutions is an advantage
- Solid experience in the GCC market along with enterprise account management capability
