Internship Responsibilities
- Manage incoming travel inquiries received via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, the company website, and other channels.
- Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate travel packages.
- Engage in follow-ups to convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
- Provide clients with detailed quotations, itineraries, and package descriptions.
- Keep accurate records of leads and regularly update customer data.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure bookings are confirmed promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations, ensuring high-quality service during the sales journey.
- Meet monthly sales targets and assist in driving business revenue growth.
- Support upselling efforts related to travel-related services such as flights, hotels, activities, and transfers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for a full-time internship at the office.
- Applicants should be able to commence the internship between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
