Primary Responsibilities
- Engage actively in training sessions and complete assigned learning modules to acquire comprehensive product and sales knowledge.
- Support store operations by assisting customers, effectively promoting products, and helping meet store sales goals and service standards.
- Uphold professional company protocols by maintaining punctuality and discipline, while submitting daily reports to supervisors.
Candidates' Eligibility
Applicants must reside in Bangalore, be able to commit to a full-time, onsite internship lasting three months starting between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026. Stipend and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹15,000, comprising a fixed portion of ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 plus performance-based incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
