Job description

Role Overview

Paytm is seeking energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, to expand its merchant network. The primary responsibility involves meeting with local shopkeepers, retailers, and traders across Bhopal's markets to onboard them onto Paytm's diverse suite of digital payment products, including Paytm QR Code, Soundbox, and Card POS Machines.

Job Responsibilities

Drive expansion of Paytm's merchant base by engaging with businesses throughout Bhopal.
Introduce and encourage adoption of Paytm's digital payment solutions among retailers and merchants.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to support consistent usage of Paytm products.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between ₹18,500 to ₹51,000, consisting of a base pay plus performance-driven incentives.
