About the Role
Aurolab is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive specializing in optometry products. This role involves fostering and sustaining strong connections with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare practitioners to promote and sell ophthalmological products effectively. The professional will play a key part in identifying new business avenues and meeting specified sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with important accounts, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals.
- Market and sell eye care products to hospitals and healthcare settings.
- Discover and pursue potential sales opportunities to fulfill targets.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training workshops for medical staff.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams to guarantee smooth operations.
- Analyze market developments, competitor behavior, and client requirements to aid business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal company policies.
- Address customer questions, resolve problems, and offer post-sale assistance.
- Regularly travel within the territory to meet clients, participate in conferences, and support sales efforts.
- Maintain a minimum of ten days per month attendance in operating theatres if assigned surgical sales responsibilities.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Possess a BSc in Pharmacy or Optometry.
- Prior experience in optometry and ophthalmology sales is essential.
