Job description
Role Overview
This position involves directly assisting customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate outdoor footwear, clothing, and accessories from Woodland. The role also includes explaining product qualities and helping customers understand the durability and benefits of the items offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their requirements to suggest suitable products.
- Demonstrate and communicate product features effectively to encourage purchases.
- Support store operations including inventory checks, shelf restocking, and ensuring the sales area is tidy and inviting.
- Strive to achieve or surpass set daily and monthly sales goals individually and as part of the team.
- Manage customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Eligibility and Employment Details
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The monthly salary ranges from 15000 to 25000 INR.
