Job Overview
We are rapidly hiring for Sales Executive positions focused on Bajaj (L1/L2) and Kotak sales roles with urgent and high-volume requirements. Candidates with strong communication abilities and relevant sales experience are invited to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure daily high-quality candidate line-ups and assist with meeting batch-wise hiring targets through focused walk-ins.
Eligibility Criteria
- For Life Insurance / Investment sales (L2) roles: Graduates with at least 1 year of experience in insurance or investment sales and strong communication skills.
- For Life Insurance (L1) roles: Fresh graduates OR candidates with a minimum of 1 year of telesales experience, coupled with good communication skills.
Compensation Details
- L2 roles: Salary up to ₹24,000 per month plus incentives.
- L1 roles: Salary up to ₹18,000 per month plus incentives.
