Sales Executive - Fresher

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The role is suited for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience, who have excellent communication abilities and a passion for sales. The candidate will be accountable for identifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and create new sales opportunities through diverse channels including calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with customers to understand their needs.
• Advise customers on products or services that best suit their requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Follow up diligently on prospects and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Generate and deliver detailed sales reports to the team.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• Freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of experience in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven workplace.
• Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass or any graduate degree.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling capabilities.

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, with additional incentives.

Additional Details
