Job description

Job Summary

We are actively seeking Sales Executives to join our team in Abu Dhabi City. The role involves direct interaction with various types of salons, including hair, beauty, child, and pet salons, to onboard them onto the Sailoons App platform. Your contribution will be key to expanding our user base by engaging with salon owners and professionals, understanding their business requirements, and presenting tailored solutions that foster new sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register salons on Sailoons App through effective sales methods.
  • Develop new client acquisition strategies and refine sales processes.
  • Assess client needs and skills to build lasting business relationships.
  • Achieve both individual and team sales goals.
  • Coordinate with fellow sales executives to share and implement best practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential client accounts and leads.
  • Participate in industry events, meetings, and training programs.
  • Report insights and sales performance statistics to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client databases for assigned regions.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields preferred; candidates with a high school diploma and relevant sales experience are also considered.
  • Proven track record in field sales or similar roles.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-driven and focused on achieving results.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a fixed monthly salary complemented by performance-based perks related to sales achievements.

Preferred Education

Graduates with degrees such as BBA or MBA are highly desired.
