Role overview
Ingenious Digital Marketing Management is hiring a full-time Sales Agent in Dubai, UAE. This role is suited to a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping expand a digital marketing agency’s revenue base.
What you’ll do
- Source and qualify fresh business leads through networking, cold outreach, cold calling, and similar prospecting methods.
- Introduce and explain digital marketing offerings to prospective clients, shaping proposals around their business goals.
- Develop long-term client connections that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams so client work is executed smoothly.
- Keep up with current digital marketing services and market trends so you can advise clients confidently.
Skills and strengths needed
- Strong selling, persuasion, and deal-closing ability.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good grasp of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media management, PPC, web development, analytics, CRM, and lead generation processes.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations that are tailored to client needs.
- Understanding of the UAE business environment, including local industries, trends, and competitors.
- Confidence in networking with companies in Dubai is beneficial.
Qualifications and experience
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, along with 2–3 years of proven sales experience. Experience in a digital marketing agency, media, advertising, or technology environment is preferred. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
