Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site sales role based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The position focuses on managing the complete sales journey, from outbound prospecting and product demonstrations to closing deals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with prospects, presenting software value clearly, and working toward conversion and revenue targets.

What You Will Do

  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through to final deal closure.
  • Make outbound calls to find, engage, and qualify potential customers.
  • Present persuasive pitches that match the customer’s needs and pain points.
  • Arrange and deliver tailored software demos to improve interest and conversions.
  • Address concerns and objections effectively and move prospects toward purchase.
  • Work against sales goals, KPIs, and agreed timelines.
  • Keep CRM records updated with lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.
  • Review sales results regularly and adjust approach to improve conversion performance.
  • Build a strong understanding of the product so its value can be communicated well.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen outreach and closing outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Practical experience in tele-calling, product demonstrations, and closing sales.
  • Clear understanding of sales funnels and conversion tracking.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to SaaS or software-based sales environments.
  • Ability to study sales data and use it to improve conversion methods.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales models is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of legal-tech or a related domain is beneficial.
  • Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are required.

  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
