Role Overview
EPOS is looking for a proactive Sales Executive who is driven by results and energized by customer interaction. In this position, you will focus on generating revenue by approaching business owners, introducing EPOS products and services, and growing the merchant base across Singapore.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales position for someone who enjoys prospecting, spotting opportunities, and converting leads in a fast-moving, performance-focused setting.
What You Will Do
- Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to present EPOS payment and digitalization solutions.
- Find new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Assess merchant pain points and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.
- Manage the full sales journey, from lead creation through to deal closure.
- Meet personal sales and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Build and sustain strong merchant relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term growth.
- Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Product, and Customer Success teams to support seamless onboarding and activation.
- Keep CRM records current and accurate with pipeline updates.
- Track market shifts, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Support campaigns, events, and sales activations whenever needed.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, client-facing roles, or other revenue-focused positions.
- Experience in fintech, payments, point-of-sale, banking, telecommunications, or SaaS will be considered an advantage.
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships.
- A self-driven, resilient mindset with a strong focus on targets.
- Comfort working in field sales and speaking directly with business owners.
- Ability to work independently while still contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
