Role overview

This position is for a Sales Executive focused on business development in Dubai. The role is centered on winning new customers across the UAE’s food and beverage and hospitality market, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, and broader F&B groups.

The company is looking for someone with a strong track record in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, and closing fresh business opportunities. Experience in F&B technology, SaaS, point-of-sale systems, delivery platforms, or aggregator-led businesses would be especially valuable. Success in this role requires confident networking, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers in a competitive, fast-moving environment.

Core responsibilities

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle to generate and convert new business opportunities in the UAE F&B and hospitality segment.
  • Source, engage, and bring on board new clients such as restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other food-service operators.
  • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with well-qualified prospects across the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Reach out directly to restaurant owners, operators, and other key stakeholders to uncover needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Present the offering clearly and persuasively through pitches and sales presentations.
  • Run discovery conversations and attend on-site meetings to better understand client goals and buying priorities.
  • Successfully close new deals and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team for post-sale support and retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve activation and conversion performance throughout the sales funnel.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition goals in a target-led environment.

Required profile

  • Hands-on experience with F&B technology businesses such as marketplaces, SaaS products, delivery platforms, POS solutions, or aggregators.
  • A solid network within the F&B and hospitality space, including restaurant owners, hotel operators, café managers, and F&B group decision-makers.
  • Background in outbound B2B sales or a hunter-style role with proven lead-generation and prospecting ability.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality workflows and the buying cycles of restaurant and hotel stakeholders.
  • Resilient, energetic, and comfortable working through rejection in a performance-driven sales setting.
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to consistently deliver strong acquisition results.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, aggregator, or POS environments will be an added advantage.
