About Pulsle

Pulsle is a B2B SaaS operational intelligence platform designed for multi-location businesses in hospitality, beauty, fitness, healthcare, and retail. It helps chains, franchises, and groups collect signals from their own operations—before those signals turn into churn, poor reviews, employee exits, or compliance issues.

The company offers two products:

  • Pulsle Clients gathers private post-visit customer feedback so businesses can address concerns before they become public negative reviews, while happy customers are directed to Google and TripAdvisor.
  • Pulsle Frontline provides an anonymous, third-party-run reporting route for employees to raise HR concerns, safety risks, compliance matters, and operational problems early.

Both products transform raw feedback into actionable intelligence through pattern detection, severity scoring, benchmarking across locations, and AI-powered reports for leadership teams.

Role Overview

This is a remote, full-time sales role for a proactive closer who can manage the entire sales journey for both Pulsle products. The position covers prospecting, pitching, and closing multi-location operators across the GCC. Earnings are uncapped, and the role is designed for someone who prefers ownership and high upside.

You will sell to operations leaders, HR and people leaders, marketing decision-makers, and senior executives across restaurant groups, hotel chains, salon and gym franchises, dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, and similar multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales process from lead generation and outreach through discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and final close.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified single-location and multi-location operators, including businesses with 3–20 locations as well as PE-backed chains with 100+ locations.
  • Deliver consultative demos aligned to each prospect’s sector, priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate pilots, transition customers smoothly into onboarding, and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Share market insights, recurring objections, and customer feedback with the product and positioning teams.

Requirements

  • Background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with SMB or mid-market clients.
  • Demonstrated success in closing both inbound and outbound opportunities end to end.
  • Exposure to hospitality, beauty, fitness, healthcare, or franchise businesses is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, founder-led setting with minimal supervision.
  • Working familiarity with tools such as Instantly, Hunter.io, HubSpot, or comparable CRMs and outbound sales stacks.

Compensation

This role is commission-only with uncapped earnings on every deal closed, plus performance bonuses. There is no fixed base salary. The position is fully remote and can be done from anywhere.
