Key Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass individual sales targets outlined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Conduct the prescribed number of daily sales calls focusing on generating leads for room bookings, event venues, and hotel services.
- Closely track all business leads and boost conversion rates for single and group reservations.
- Monthly acquisition of new client accounts, including Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Local Negotiated Contracts (LNC).
- Organize at least three site inspections or entertainment meetings weekly with prospective or new clients.
- Develop monthly action plans targeting primary market segments.
- Review monthly corporate account performance metrics, including room nights and average room rates.
- Analyze competitor pricing strategies, market penetration, and promotional activities to stay competitive.
- Manage assigned accounts comprehensively, including contract negotiations, profile updates, sales tracking using Anais, RFP submissions via Cvent, and contract renewals.
- Prepare group briefs and keep management informed about VIP guest arrivals, ensuring appropriate reception.
- Promote hotel services and amenities proactively to optimize overall sales income.
- Represent the hotel at external client and business events to maintain high market visibility.
- Participate in all mandatory briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Be prepared to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, responsive to management needs or business demands.
- Adhere to hotel fire, safety, and emergency protocols.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
