Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and dedicated individuals to join our expanding team as Sales Executives, stationed at locations in Patia and Saheed Nagar in Bhubaneswar, as well as Cuttack.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with politeness and professionalism.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
• Meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Keep product displays and shelves well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Inform customers about product features, promotions, pricing, and special offers.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are arranged properly.
• Assist with billing and operate POS systems as needed.
• Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Handle customer questions and complaints courteously.
• Participate in stocktaking and inventory audits.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary (+2); graduates are welcome.
• At least one year of experience in retail environments such as stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, departmental stores, electronics, or fashion retail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong customer service focus and persuasive selling skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate within a team.
• Integrity, self-discipline, and motivation.
• Willingness to work in shifts on a rotational basis.

Preferred Profile

• Prior retail sales experience is essential.
• Experience in electronics, apparel, home & kitchen, lifestyle, supermarkets, or hypermarkets is a plus.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
