About the Role
Join a prominent organisation at the core of Australia's vibrant social scene as a Sales Executive based in Townsville, Queensland. This position entails managing and expanding the reach of popular Australian and international beer and ready-to-drink (RTD) brands including XXXX, Guinness, Hahn, Heineken, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales targets by collaborating with established on-premise and off-premise customers, implementing strategic account planning, in-store merchandising, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Visit customer venues regularly to understand their requirements and offer tailored support and service, fostering strong partnerships.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for both the brands and the company to drive growth through effective brand execution.
- Continuously seek new growth opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customers.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong focus on customer and consumer needs.
- Sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or recruitment sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive, motivated individual with a fearless approach to pursuing business prospects and an unwavering commitment to achieving results.
