Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will engage in telephonic sales activities, generate leads, and manage customer relations effectively to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling and telesales to prospective and current customers
- Maintain excellent communication primarily in Hindi, with basic English skills
- Handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions
- Generate new sales leads and follow up with customers diligently
- Utilize persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales
- Manage customer information through CRM systems and lead management tools
- Demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office, and general computer and email use
- Adopt a target-oriented approach with positivity, confidence, and effective time management
- Collaborate professionally with team members to achieve sales goals
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of English
- Experience or aptitude in handling customers and generating leads
- Ability to use CRM platforms and basic familiarity with MS Office suite
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to meet sales targets
