Role overview

This permanent, full-time opportunity is based at Audi Centre, Dublin. The position offers an annual OTE of €70,000 and follows a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, plus Saturday from 9am to 5pm. A day off during the week is provided in lieu of the Saturday working pattern.

The business is looking for a motivated, customer-oriented car sales professional who wants to progress in the motor trade. You will represent a premium global automotive brand while working alongside an experienced sales manager and a supportive team that will help you build your expertise and advance your career.

Key duties

  • Interact with customers face to face, over the phone, and by email to identify their requirements.
  • Match customers with vehicles and options that best suit their needs.
  • Arrange and join test drives, presenting the Audi experience in a professional way.
  • Confidently negotiate and complete sales.
  • Handle sales paperwork and follow-up tasks through to completion.

What we are looking for

The ideal applicant will bring excellent communication skills, a friendly and proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to customer care. A strong desire to meet targets and go beyond expectations is important, along with the motivation to work hard and take ownership of the role.

Experience in automotive sales or another customer-facing role is preferred, but the company is also open to energetic new talent who are keen to learn and develop within the motor industry.
