Its payment gateway helps merchants receive online payments from multiple payment methods with strong success performance. The company also supports in-store collections and advertising offerings through other Paytm group businesses.
Role overview
This is a field sales role for a fresher who will work on merchant growth, on-ground deployment, and relationship building in Navi Mumbai.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants and complete their onboarding process.
- Install and deploy Paytm EDC/POS devices at merchant locations.
- Conduct field visits to develop business and expand market presence.
- Maintain regular contact with merchants and nurture long-term relationships.
- Work toward meeting assigned sales goals.

Compensation and probation
The offered annual package is ₹3,10,000 to ₹7,50,000. Freshers will undergo a 6-month probation period, during which the salary will be ₹21,000 per month. No prior experience is required.
